20+ hours of Instruction, nine date 75 min on-ice sessions (11+ hrs of ice), nine date 60 min workouts (9 hrs of  fitness). 2 groups of 15, 30 students max. 15 goalies on ice with 5+ coaches. Male and Female welcome.
