Orientation Meetings are currently scheduled for 2:00pm on Sunday. If you are driving, please plan to arrive at the ARENA no earlier than this time. DO NOT attempt to check into Hotel/Dorm. If you are flying, the GDI airport shuttle will drop you off at the Orientation.

Wrap Up Meetings are currently scheduled for 2:00pm on Friday. if you are driving, please plan to depart after it. If you are flying, the GDI airport shuttle will depart for the airport after it.

Families are encouraged to attend the Meetings.
